Submission of a manuscript implies: that the work described has not been published before (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture, or thesis) that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere; that if and when the manuscript is accepted for publication, the authors agree to automatic transfer of the copyright to the Journal or We give the rights to the Corresponding Author to make necessary changes as per the request of the journal, do the rest of the correspondence on our behalf and he/she will act as the guarantor for the manuscript on our behalf © Studies on Ethno-Medicine (S-EM). I/We hereby transfer(s), assign(s), or otherwise convey(s) all copyright ownership, including any and all rights incidental there to, exclusively to the Studies on Ethno-Medicine (S-EM) (Administrative Editor, Editorial Office, Academic Journals, B-2 (Ground Floor), South City II, Gurugram 122 018, Haryana, India).

 

The Administrative Editor of the journal will grant to users’ open access that is the users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the Administrative Editor or the author.

 

We give the rights to the corresponding author to make necessary changes as per the request of the journal, do the rest of the correspondence on our behalf and he/she will act as the guarantor for the manuscript on our behalf.

 

This agreement (and any dispute, proceeding, claim or controversy in relation to it) is subject to Indian Law.
